I was born and raised in Maine, a true native Maineiac! I have worked in administration for most of my career, although I spent my college days as an art major and still dream of making my millions as an artist some day!
Over the years I have enjoyed lots of different jobs from owning a bakery to banking to working in dentistry. My travels across the country as a management consultant led me to many wonderful places! I lived in Fountain Hills, Arizona for 20 years before my husband and I found the Yaak. We were both itching to get back to seasonal weather and out of the desert. We now enjoying hunting, fishing and foraging in our backyard…things the Yaak offers in abundance!
Since moving here in 2016, I have worked briefly as a substitute teacher and then again as a teacher’s aide for the Yaak Elementary School. And now, I look forward to serving the school, and the community, as the District Clerk.
